History
Since 1998, connections and teamwork helped Stacy Mazur and brother Clay Mazur grow Interstate Restoration from a small restoration venture with locations in Atlanta, Georgia, and Ft. Worth, Texas into a nationwide leader with 19 branches across the country and hundreds of dedicated professionals. Driven by a bond with each customer and each other, the Interstate Restoration team thrived in the face of a natural disaster, providing remediation, restoration, and reconstruction services in case of water, smoke, or fire damage. Interstate Restoration was always there for renovation and restoration of their clients’ building needs, which also included cleaning and drying services. Interstate Restoration has always been a reliable and professional restoration company, whose clients knew they could call time and time again.
Joining Forces
A partnership formed between parent company FirstService Corp and Interstate Restoration in 2019. March 2021 Interstate Restoration changed its name to FIRST ONSITE. Additional partners also joined under the FIRST ONSITE name, including FirstOnSite Restoration, Restauration PremièreAction, Interstate Hawaii, Super Restoration, Perfection Restoration, CATCO, Rolyn, and Trilink. Now with over 2,000 team members and industry professionals ready to serve, FIRST ONSITE understands exactly how to best partner with you pre-, during, and post-disaster. Stacy Mazur
Stacy is the founder of FIRST ONSITE and a member of the Global executive leadership team and brings nearly 30 years of disaster restoration experience to his role. As a well-known leader in the industry, Stacy’s vision, track record of success, and hands-on leadership approach paves the way for a results-driven business. He leads the Global Sales team and plays a critical role in leading day-to-day operations.
Karla Torrey
Karla joined Interstate Restoration (now FIRST ONSITE) in 1998 as a vice president responsible for business development. Throughout her early years, she served on the executive team and managed a growing team of sales representatives. She has 30+ years of experience working with and serving the insurance industry as well as assisting commercial clients in their disaster recovery efforts. In her current role as Executive Vice President of Hospitality and Multifamily, she is responsible for the overall sales leadership, execution, and strategic planning for these practices across North America.
