Managing Moisture during Property Restoration and Recovery
One of the most important things do after a storm, fire, or any other unexpected event that brings unwanted moisture to your property is to dry out the structure. If you don’t dry a structure out in a timely fashion, moisture can quickly cause irreparable damage. It degrades materials and eventually leads to mould growth, if not handled promptly and properly. We have the experience, along with the right equipment, such as commercial dehumidifiers and strategic drying tools, to remove the moisture in the affected areas to prevent structural damage and other potential problems.

Our team evaluates the water and moisture levels in the building and locates the source. We use moisture mapping to determine where the water travelled, what materials were affected, and what surfaces or structures need to be dried.
Dehumidification Services
Once the water has been contained and we determine that the site is safe to operate in, we utilize moisture-detection and drying equipment during our remediation process.

The dehumidification process typically involves different phases and a range of equipment, such as dehumidifiers, air movers, fans, refrigerant dehumidifiers, negative air machines, industrial dehumidifiers and more, to remove the moisture so property restoration can begin.
