First Onsite Acquires Emergency Fire & Water Restoration

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado – 21 décembre 2021 – First Onsite Restauration après sinistre (First Onsite), l’un des plus grands fournisseurs de reprise après sinistre et de restauration de biens pour les entreprises commerciales en Amérique du Nord, a acquis Emergency Fire & Water Restoration (EFWR), un fournisseur de services de restauration, d'atténuation et de reconstruction après incendie ou inondation basé à Milwaukee. L'acquisition fait partie de la stratégie de First Onsite visant à atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle pour les clients en mettant l'accent sur l'expansion géographique et l'amélioration du temps de réponse.

EFWR a été fondée par Michael Wyne en 2010 et fournit des services complets de restauration et de reconstruction d’urgence dans les régions de Milwaukee et de Madison, au Wisconsin. Cette acquisition permet à First Onsite d’étendre ses activités existantes dans la région.

This acquisition is the latest in a series that expands First Onsite’s capabilities and resources across North America and Puerto Rico. The financial terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed. Mr. Wyne will remain in a leadership role and continue to be based in Milwaukee.
