GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado – 16 décembre 2021 – First Onsite Restauration après sinistre (First Onsite), l'un des plus grands fournisseurs de reprise après sinistre et de restauration de biens en Amérique du Nord pour les entreprises commerciales, a fait l'acquisition de A-1 Flood Tech (A-1), un fournisseur de services de restauration, d'atténuation et d'assainissement de la moisissure dans la région métropolitaine de Washington D.C. L'acquisition fait partie de la stratégie d'expansion de First Onsite visant à atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle pour les clients en mettant l'accent sur l'expansion géographique et la réactivité.
En acquérant A-1, First Onsite étend sa plateforme de services dans la région métropolitaine de Washington D.C., puisqu'ils ont deux emplacements à Manassas, en Virginie, et à Bowie, au Maryland. A-1 Flood Tech a été fondée en 1969 et possède une forte présence dans la région de Washington D.C. Il s'agit d'une entreprise familiale de restauration après inondation qui offre une intervention rapide 24h/24 dans le District, le Maryland et la Virginie. A-1 apporte à First Onsite une équipe de plus de 50 techniciens certifiés IICRC, cumulant des décennies d'expérience en restauration.
