First Onsite acquiert Trilink Restoration Services, établie en Oklahoma

FORT WORTH, Texas – March 2, 2021 – Interstate Restoration, one of the largest emergency response planning, mitigation and reconstruction service providers for commercial enterprises in North America, has acquired Trilink Restoration Services, LLC., one of Oklahoma’s largest, privately owned and locally operated property restoration companies. This acquisition expands Interstate’s reach in the region and enhances its service capabilities by adding Trilink’s capable leadership.

The Trilink team has provided Oklahoma with a full range of emergency restoration services to a diverse client base of healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, education, and assisted living properties facing major disasters, everyday emergencies, and reconstruction projects. Trilink’s headquarters are based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and boasts a 48,000+ sq. ft. facility with training and disaster recovery simulation capabilities.

This is the latest in a series of acquisitions that expands Interstate’s capabilities and resources across North America, including Perfection Property Restoration, CATCO, Super Restoration, and Rolyn. The financial terms of the Trilink acquisition are not being disclosed.
