Specializations and Qualifications

When a loss occurs, it can be disruptive to your property.  We understand that during this time, the last thing you want is the increased stress of trying to coordinate the repairs. Our team assesses the situation and develops plans that enable work to be done with the least amount of interference to your daily activities.

At First Onsite we know it is important to treat you the way we would want to be treated in our own home. We realize we are in your personal space, so we maintain a high level of respect for your home and property.

Most of our residential clients come to us through referrals from insurance companies, whether it’s for an individual loss or in cases of area-wide catastrophic events. Many insurance carriers prefer to work with us because of our nationwide reach and our ability to respond quickly to their needs, However, it’s important to know that we’re here to assist all clients, whether they were referred to us or not.

The process begins when we are contacted by the insurance carrier to assess the situation and then communicate the estimate of the cost of the project to the insurance company, which then contacts the homeowner.

During each step of the process, we are in contact with you and your insurance carrier to maintain the highest level of service and communication.
