Founded in 2007 by Derron Oakley with just two employees in Middletown, OH, DryPatrol has grown to a team of 32, serving the Cincinnati and Dayton areas. The company started with a focus on providing exceptional restoration services, including mold and water remediation, fire damage restoration, and more. Our commitment to quality and service has driven our expansion into commercial property restoration, leading to our partnership with First Onsite Property Restoration. Notable projects include restoring a historical hotel and performing critical restoration at the local Air Force base, showcasing our dedication and expertise.

Our relationship with First Onsite began through a recommendation from a current employee, and their interest in our work led to discussions that culminated in a partnership after 12 months. First Onsite brings decades of experience and comprehensive services, enhancing our ability to serve our community. This partnership allows DryPatrol to offer even more restoration services, including emergency planning, catastrophic event restoration, and large and complex loss recovery. With better benefits for our employees and access to national accounts, we are poised to deliver outstanding restoration services on a larger scale.
